I had my new patient appointment with Dr Monroe a few months ago. It took 7 weeks to get my lab results back, despite the patient portal time stamp showing that she reviewed them 3 days after my appointment. When I contacted her nurse line numerous times I was told that she hadn’t had time to review them and I would just need to wait. I noticed on my patient portal that she had also diagnosed me with a fairly serious condition that I had zero knowledge of. Dr.Monroe is a great doctor!! I can't thank her enough. She has helped me so much with my care. She listens and figures out what she can do to help you with your health issue's and gets it done..I trust her with all my care. And her nurse is good too!! I am glad to have found her!! Does a great job!
