First of all the the lady at the front is very rude and have no bedside manners. Secondly my mother needs a cataract surgery she has insurance that covers the surgery but we were told she needs to pay $ 300 for an aftercare kit. My mother is $85 and she can’t afford it. I was told by the insurance company she doesn’t have to pay for it.
