Hired to mow a large yard and the company did a horrible job. There were entire strips that were totally unmowed. Some spots were mowed and others were 24 inches high and untouched. Not small areas but entire areas were unmowed. We sent an email with complaint and owner refused to acknowledge issue. We made full payment despite the job being totally unacceptable quality.
