I recently had a problem with my engagement ring. I took it to Monroe Jewelers on the recommendation of a friend. And I am so very happy I did! Their staff was so kind. They repaired the problem quickly and a day earlier than I was told. They even charged me significantly less than the estimate for the repair! And my ring looks gorgeous.
Wanted to take my original engagement ring and reset it for a special anniversary. They were friendly..fair on the cost..and got it done in a week. It is gorgeous.
Ray is a very experienced and trustworthy jewler. Had my ring cleaned for free. I did not realize 1 prong was missing and other prong was loose. I could've easily lost my diamond. Ray had my ring repaired to it's original beautiful state.
Stopped in today to sell some old jewelry. Process was smooth. Ray took the time to explain the different kinds of gold I had and the value of each.
Great service on repairs.I also purchased a beautiful bracelet for a gift. There prices are great.
