I used to live here until I had no choice but to leave. The Greenwood Leasing office is nothing short of incompetent employees. I have had money orders lost, heard derogatory remarks about other tenants, and overall seen a lack of professionalism and communication. I have had broken fans, lights, furnace and so many more issues and I’m told to fill out a form. However when it’s done, nothing happens! It says they open at 9 o’clock. It’s 2 PM on a Wednesday afternoon and it says they’re closed. I’ve tried calling here in the past a few months ago can never get through. Is there someplace else I need to call I don’t want a section 8. I don’t want nothing free. I wanna know what my rights are in a privately rented apartment.
Very rude people in the office and now they are putting cameras in the tenants apartments plus really bad invested with bed bugs and roachs plus not only that they kick out your guest if they come over just to hang out for no reasons dont even waste your time
