I used to live here until I had no choice but to leave. The Greenwood Leasing office is nothing short of incompetent employees. I have had money orders lost, heard derogatory remarks about other tenants, and overall seen a lack of professionalism and communication. It says they open at 9 o’clock. It’s 2 PM on a Wednesday afternoon and it says they’re closed. I’ve tried calling here in the past a few months ago can never get through. Is there someplace else I need to call I don’t want a section 8. I don’t want nothing free. I wanna know what my rights are in a privately rented apartment.
