I don't normally write reviews, but this company, this man, has persuaded me. If I could give O stars, I would. When I called for an appointment, the owner sounded intoxicated and could not understand that I simply wanted someone to come and look at a problem with our A/C unit. His words were slurred and he kept repeating that he did not have an employee named Drew???
