I have called 5 times since 9am and kept getting answer machine saying they are busy with other patients. I have left a message and have not gotten a return call yet.
Unfriendly. Never answers their phones or get a call back.
Love Dr. Yap! He's so friendly and personable and makes me feel like he actually cares. Also, super humorous! I have had issues with someone answering the phone but when I do finally get in touch they are always super quick about squeezing me in for an appt.
