A friend of mine lived at bellmawr manor apartments and I was severely scared to go over after a few visits. The police came every time I was there. I saw people fighting with children being taken away. I saw people screaming at each other over their grills. People fought and kicked a door in with their pit bull to have their dog attack their neighbors that lived over them. I have recently called and visited Bellmawr Manor. The staffs are very friendly. They are really helpful and answer all my questions patiently. The apartments are also nice. The ones I visited are spacious and are keep really neat. Its only like less than one or two blocks to shopping center (Where the Kmart, Wawa are etc. ) Good location, nice apartments and friendly staffs. Recommend.
The Worst Complex in South Jersey. Besides the Drug Dealers,Burglaries Assualts,Robberies And Fires. The Complex Owners Push their employees to turnover apartments so fast they are unsafe. They reuse old parts and supplies to get them ready for the next tenants. The last fire resulted in the death of the tenant. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
Regency is the worst place to live. They flooded and regency took two weeks to clean it up.We had mold and still had water in were apt. And we were getting 250 dollar elc bills for a one bedroom apt. Plus paying 815 a month.
DO NOT RENT!!! ROACH & MICE PROBLEM!!! IF YOU DONT MIND LIVING WITH UNINVITED GUEST GO FOR IT, BUT IF YOU DO MIND LOOK ELSE WHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Regency Apartments are a joke to live in. I am now in the process of fighting to get my security deposit back because they charged us for a new carpet when the other one was fine! Not to mention all the mold we had to live with in the bathroom ceiling, in between the tiles, in the closet it it absolutely terrible! My aunt lives in Bellmawr Manor Apts for several years now. Just the other day she was verbally accosted by her neighbor threatening her by her mailbox. Then her other female neighbor attacked her after the woman had a fight with her boyfriend and destroyed some of my aunts property. When my aunt complained she was attacked, pushed and punched. This place sounds terrible. I worry about her now.
These people work at there are super nice to you at the beginning. When you want to discontinue your service. Their attitude totally changes! They arent even as 0.0001% polite as when you were thinking of to move in or not! Avoid them!
