The nurse Charlie and Dr. Habib were wonderful. They listened to all of my concerns and did the very best to answer my questions and ease my mind. You can tell Dr. Habib truelly cares for his patients. They aren't just a paycheck to him. He's funny and easy going. He makes me laugh every visit and I always leave smiling.
I always feel listened to and respected during my visits. The staff is friendly, and Dr. Wu takes the time to explain things clearly and makes sure my healthcare needs are met. I appreciate being seen on time and the efficient, caring environment.
Dr Ziradkar was very attentive and listened to my concerns and answered each of the questions fully and gave his advice on each item. I am always impressed by his directness and professionalism.
If you want bottom of the barrel health care look no further. Hospitals too small, staff underpaid and overworked. Waited over an hour for a simple blood draw. There were Geriatric adults sitting on the floor because they were out of chairs. Forced to use an iPad to check in while registration just sat on her rear. iPad didn't work. TWICE. They were "forced" to actually work an help me check in. Entire organization is rotten to the core.
