Very unprofessional staff. They didn't tell me that my insurance only covers medical not glasses when I made an appointment for glasses only. I drove 40 minutes with 3 kids and not even an apology. Clear this up before the customer comes!!!!!!!!!
I have been going to Monroe Family Eyecare for years. They have excellent office hours and really care about their patients. I never worry about my eyes because I know they are in good hands! Thank you for your care all these years :)
