Thorough cleaning by the hygienist. Up to date technology for digital x-rays and ultrasonic cleaning. The Dr. was friendly and will explain when appropriate or when asked. There has been some rotation of staff, but much less than the 3 other dental clinics I have used in the past 15 years, as I moved. The business has a “family” feel.
While going to the dentist is not the highlight of my day, Monroe Family Dentistry makes it bit more tolerable. I would recommend them for all dental needs. Alferdo is tue best and works quickly. The fact that they have accommodating hours is even better. Dr Pratt makes every effort to keep on time and get me in and out as quick as possible. The front office girls are amazing and always greet me with a smile and after the many visits there, they know my name when I walk in the door.
I love the Dental Hygienist, Brandi. Their service was great and everything seemed easy.
Everyone in the office was kind and helpful.
