Dr. Bae and Dr.Karpanko are amazing! I’ve always had great experiences with them. I’ve been a patient at Monroe ENT for almost 20 years. The reason for the two stars is due to the lack of timely response from their admin staff. I called on a Tuesday and Thursday and had to leave a message both times to request an appointment. I didn’t get a call back until a week later. That is unacceptable. I understand that they may be short staffed and can’t answer phone calls, but over a week to return a call is too long.
Doesn’t call back or answer the phone
I had a great visit.
Was sent here by my doctor. Called for 2 weeks and left voice messages with no call back. ????
Kept having sinus infections that would come back. Dr. Bae took the time to listen to me, find out what antibiotics I was taking, and prescribed me another safe option for a much longer period of time that finally cleared it up. All the office employees are friendly and nice, too.
