Absolutely outstanding service! Kelsie and Austin were professional, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. Honestly don’t know how I would have managed without their help during this frustrating issue with my vehicle! It’s refreshing to find employees that truly value quality work and customer care. 10/10!
I normally refrain from giving reviews, but the entire process of getting my car fixed this week warrants one! My service advisor, Kelsey, was extremely helpful and very kind in handling the stressed out version of me. To my defense, being without a car for 5 days is almost impossible nowadays. Austin was equally impressive with his customer service skills and was able to provide a rental for my family. Making those 5 days without our vehicle stress free! I cannot thank them enough for the service provided!
