Just want to give a huge shout out to Jamee D who works in the service department. She made my whole ordeal so much easier on me. She kept me updated on what they found and made sure the part was ordered in a timely manner. She was detailed with her answers when I asked questions she didn’t know, instead of blowing it off she went and found the answers for me! She actually cares about her customers. Over the last 15 months on 4 separate visits the service department has been unable to fix the same ongoing issue. Now that the vehicle is out of warranty, I was informed any further work trying to resolve this issue would be done at my cost. I have also had my vehicles paint scratched while they had it. Another time the power running boards were unplugged when returned. And the last time a plastic bag and a service floor mat was left in the vehicle.

Worst service department in michigan. I have been to many dodge ram dealers and never have a experienced what happened today. Would not recommend ever going to this service center. Refused to work on warranty repair after known issue. Vehicle is not in working order and unsafe and forced me to drive an unsafe vehicle. Refused to provide any documentation of refusal. It took a while to get the truck in, but that’s the nature of it nowadays. Once the truck was there, it was repaired very quickly, broken manifold bolts on hemi 1500. 86,454 The truck is running noticeably better, no ticking knocking sound from the engine. Thank you, Jamie Nick for your patience with me overall AAA plus outstanding.
