I just called this morning, and spoke to a woman who was short with me and hurried me off the phone. She was rude and was only interested in passing me to someone else when she assumed that all I needed was something that they did not do, not allowing me to tell her that I ALSO needed collision repair. I'm not sure if she hadn't had her coffee yet or what, but the experience was super off putting for and early morning "customer service" encounter. I recently had work done on my truck and received great service. The owner and staff were friendly, timely with the work done and provided excellent results on my truck. I would recommend Monroe Collision to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle.
These people fixed my struts for 33% cheaper than what the dealership was going to charge. When I went to pick my car up, I realized I forgot to tell them that I had a tire that was going flat very frequently. They proceeded to find the hole in the tire for free, drove to Bell Tire to pick up a new tire for me because they were out of the one I needed, and replaced it while I watched.
