Dr Kelly is the definition of what it means to be a dr! Dr Kelly=most amazing dr I've ever had- so so sad he's left the monroe clinic. This man is the definition of what it means to be a doctor. I would literally drive to Iowa where he's practicing now I assume just to continue care with him. I know this review doesn't benefit anyone now but if it does for any future patients, have no doubts in going to see him He helped me greatly in regaining control in my life and for that I will bw forever greatful! Wonderful doctor!
