I will definitely be going back. The inside of my car had some serious damage (spilled, spoiled milk). These guys went the ten yards to steam clean everything, clean up the outside, the vents, etc. and in general removed the stench that my car was holding onto tenaciously. They kept my car for a day, and then let me bring home their “ozonator†to continue to let it run to make sure the smell was permanently removed. They are not necessarily the cheapest (you can find cheaper in Bridgeport), but there is no place in the area that provides anywhere near the value at Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center! I recently had my car detailed at Monroe Car Wash I recently had my car detailed at Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center and I couldn't be happier. I have two dogs; have driven cross country and made about five trips to Maine and back in this car. I drink coffee, consume pizza, and am generally the kind of slob that might warrant a candid camera moment to get me to change my ways. Thank you Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center! Unbelievable. I cannot believe how awesome our cars look. Brand new. We got both of our cars done, a BMW 535 & Chevy Suburban. Our 2 children and dog have violated both of our cars onerous the last 7 years. We have gotten them clean and "detailed" before at other shops in Bridgeport and Shelton, but NO ONE has done what Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center did. Both vehicles look amazing! It is clear that they are striving for perfection In preparation for a road trip, I brought my car in for a full detail here after a colleague recommended it. For no charge, the manager drove me to work down the street to drop me off while they worked on the car, cleaned it inside and out, and brought it back to me immaculate. The best part of the detailing job was the leather cleaning that took out 5 or so stains, and took off all the scratches off my car. This is now my regular car wash. I was very pleased with the service I received at Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center. It was my first time visiting so I was a little unsure how the whole process worked. The gentleman that approached my car was incredibly helpful. He explained my options in detail and even personally guided me to the cashier. Although the service was great, my vehicle came out slightly less than perfect.
