They took the time to explain everything they did Unless you just bought your car within the past couple of years, you have no idea how nice your car can look. Trust me, you've forgotten. And if your car is 11 years old like my wife's, has a little body damage here and there, and has smelled kind of stale, then you REALLY have no idea how nice your car can look. I joined their VIP Club Took my SLK280 in after it had been in storage. It had that layer of grit that was damaging to the paint and needed to be fully cleaned. After they were done, I swear it looked like the day I drove it off the lot. My friends even commented on how great it looked. It did take them 1/2 day to do, but in the end it was well worth it because they did it right. With this excellent service and experience, theyve won my loyalty. I joined their VIP Club and will be taking it back for regular washes.
I'm very impressed with this place I'm very impressed with this place. They made my 2004 Toyota Matrix look brand new. I've never seen it look so shiny and smell so sweet! Their customer service was also top notch... There was a minor hiccup, but the manager Danny was super nice about it and was very quick to address the issue. I will definitely be back! These guys are honest and professional about what they do! Give them a try.

I highly recommend Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center Wow...Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center.... I love this place. This is the only place I bring my car to get washed or detailed. I get an express detail combo every 3 months or so because I like the fresh detail feel of a super clean car. Pricing is about the same as others in the area, but the finished product is SUPERB. they're reasonably priced, and they are GOOD! So I bought a new (used) car the other day. Decent condition, decent deal. And I am SO glad that the car went to The Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center AFTER I bought it, or I would have wound up paying a lot more for it! high quality work done by experienced professionals I've had my truck for two years and have never had it detailed so needless to say, these guys had their work cut out for them! When they returned it to me it actually looked better than it did the day I bought it. They were helpful in picking me up from work when my truck was finished...
