I lived in 970 Monroe Ave, S01 for 1.5 years. 3 owners changed in this period. The heat system is old and switches off occasionally. We stayed without heat 3 days on Christmas, a week in November, and many weekends + in I was out of light for a month (!) and only constant calls to the city complaint commission could force the management to answer (!) In additional, it is too noisy from the street and you can hear every step above. They don’t have a recycling bin (!!) Often smell smoke and weeds.
