I got my car serviced here and was well pleased. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I trust them and I will definitely be returning back for future services. Sam was so nice and very helpful.
I have been referred to Monroe Quick Lube and Repair shop. I have to say this will be my new home for repairs! Fast friendly and beautiful atmosphere <3 Thanks Sam, Haas, Ray, forgot other gentleman's name doing oil change. Thank you thank you!!
They love to say "our time is valuable just like yours, and no one likes to spend 2 to 3 hours working on a car for free" even though they rush through the "bumper to bumper check" to get you to spend more money on repairs after and they will charge you for work your car doesn't need. Simply can't be trusted but thankfully led me somewhere that can be. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES HERE!
AVOID THEM! GO ELSEWHERE if you value your time and money.
I stopped in for a tire repair after I picked up a nail. They were so nice, took my car right in right away and fixed it. I was in and out very quickly. Couldn’t ask for better service. I will be going back to them for any further needs. Thank you so much Monroe Auto Repair!!!
