They love to say "our time is valuable just like yours, and no one likes to spend 2 to 3 hours working on a car for free" even though they rush through the "bumper to bumper check" to get you to spend more money on repairs after and they will charge you for work your car doesn't need. Simply can't be trusted but thankfully led me somewhere that can be. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES HERE!
AVOID THEM! GO ELSEWHERE if you value your time and money.
I stopped in for a tire repair after I picked up a nail. They were so nice, took my car right in right away and fixed it. I was in and out very quickly. Couldn’t ask for better service. I will be going back to them for any further needs. Thank you so much Monroe Auto Repair!!!
I got some work done on my truck. Guys in office were great and very knowledgeable about my work I needed done. Guys in shop were also very kind and helpful as well. They done great work for what I felt as a good price. My vehicle was clean no grease or dirt from shop. I highly recommend them for any work. Shop beside does oil changes. I highly recommend them as well.
