Very unhelpful. I emailed them the information that I was looking for for Cheery Max because they didn't want to help me on the phone. Day later they said they had no stock. I called again to ask if they had a part number or something comparable. All I was told don't have that info in front of me.
Expensive and slow shipping. Website order does not show what is out of stock. Tried to,order NAS bolts for an AOG, from website. Called to,ask something and was told those bolts weren’t in stock, so I ordered a slightly longer bolt. $43 shipping for a one pound envelope for 2day! . I got it on the 4th day. Fedex said customer (shippers requested a delay. I think Monroe must make money on shipping charges, including a “ handling charge”. Oh yeah, needed only 2 bolts. Made me buy minimum of 5..
