Fantastic experience every time i go. They always take good care of me and help me when im in a pinch. Thanks guys Update: just wanted to post an update. The new assistant manager Pedro is great to deal with. They were backed up today and got me in for a tire patch with applefest going on. He was calm and level headed and took great care of me. Thanks for the great service Pedro!
Staff was clueless. And I was only 1 of 2 people there and it took 3 hours for a simple tire mount and balance
Went in for an inspection, sat for 10 minutes for them to lie to me and say my wheels are misaligned, my brake pads need replaced and fluid *exchanged* (not refilled), and that I had a whole lug nut missing. Wanted to charge me a minimum 600$ to get everything replaced and STILL charged me 25$ for failing the inspection. Fast-forward to a DIFFERENT service center (not Monro related) where they spend 40 minutes inspecting my car and inform me that all I need is a new tie rod, and it would at most cost me 300$, most of which i... read more
Couldn't do my alignment that I had scheduled. After inspection they over torque my wheels so I had to use a 1/2" breaker and broke it. This was the same day they put them on so it wasn't seized. Mechanic wasn't well educated. So I took it to another shop and had the work done without issues.
I thought Monro's was a decent establishment to go to, boy did they have me fooled. They had a manager who would tell us customers their card machine was down so we had to go grab cash from Sheetz next door. He tried to make you feel like he had your best interest at heart. I had paid taken my vehicle here for EVERYTHING religiously- and got screwed over. All my warranties on the products that I paid for through them to have delivered there and put on were VOID.
