Good friendly service, no hassle, reasonable price for synthetic oil change and free tire rotation, although I didn't get a military/veteran's discount, they might have discontinued that.
My front passenger caliper was sticking and I also wanted to see if they could get the same tires I had on my Jeep. My mom has had work done on her car there, so I asked for their name and number. I stopped after work to set up an appointment. Everyone from beginning to end was very courteous and professional!! Once again my boys came through for me at The Ashtabula Tire Choice. Right now Roy and Scott are the only two at our store. I made an appointment on Sunday at 9am to get my new rims put on my car. I purchased my tires in August from our store. I asked if I could have my car back early for a family get together. Scott took car of my car right away. Roy even came in on his day off to help Scott with other cars. These two are an Awesome team!! I Highly recommend taking your car for their A #1 service!! Jackie Hutchinson
Every single time I try to make ANY kind of appointment, I am met with the same response 'they don't have certified technicians'. First time it was parts that needed to be replaced, this time it's transmission. I can understand you not doing certain services, but when you ADVERTISE that you do, then you are expected to provide said service. This even means if you tell a service contract that you do said work, you are indeed ADVERTISING said service. I needed a tire because of a flat that i seen when I got off work last night. Called these guys after 2 other places and they had the tire I needed. The guy was very nice to me over the phone and when I got there. They fit me in thank goodness and the service was fast and well done. Had other questions and he answered honestly and I appreciated that.
