Excellent and efficient service.
This has my first time doing an oil change here. Given that I had gone to take 5 and Vavoline for years I expected that the service would have been roughly the same. Seems like all they do is change the oil and filter and that’s it. For 80.00 plus tax I expected more. I had to ask if they checked my tire pressure and was told that they typically don’t do that. The team at Tire Choice are super helpful and they have fantastic customer service! My wife picked up a nail in her tire on the way to work. I went and put air in the tire (that's when I found the nail). I called Tire Choice and they said to bring it in to see what they could do. Not having a spare, I filled it up and hoped it would hold enough air to get there. Unfortunately, it couldn't be repaired but she had a warranty from another tire store. They topped me off with more air, lol, but they quickly noticed it was leaking... read more
This was my first time visiting Tire Choice and I can't say enough about their service. I called to ask if they could fix my tire that was punctured by a nail, and they resolved my problem super fast. Matthew's service surprised me. I will definitely return in the future. My expectation were exceeded
