I have been taking my cars to this place for more than 13 years. The last time I took my car there they damaged the front end and broke a headlight. I took it in so they could take pictures and give it to their insurance. Now they say that it isn't their responsibility. That is when I took it to Caliber Collision, a company that works with them, and they said it was clearly an accident that happened on the lift when they took it off after changing the oil.
