As nice as the workers were, they are not educated on anything other than changing tires. I was told that the struts on my car were BROKEN and that they needed to be replaced. I did not have them replaced and was later told by my husband that the struts are completely fine and not broken at all. Glad I didn't fall into Monro's uneducated money scheme.
Went in for an oil change, came out a satisfied customer. The person that checked us in was pleasant and helpful. Service was completed in a very timely manner.
Customer service was excellent and helpful. I appreciate the great work they did for my car.
Had a set of 4 tires shipped from TireRack.com to the facility and an appointment set up. Quoted $66 for mounting and balancing. Upon arrival, apparently they don’t honor that price anymore. Grabbed my tires and left. Poor customer service, but you’ll be able to pull off free shipping if you ship to there and go elsewhere.
