I brought my car in for a steadily worsening leak in the back tire. I arrived on Sunday, July 26 for a 10:30 appointment. In less than 20 minutes the big hearted mechanic diagnosed and repaired a hole in the tire. When I went went to pay him the extremely reasonable fee, he did not accept payment and said there was no charge! I drove back to Keene filled with gratitude.
My brakes were grinding horribly. Stopped in without an appointment. They got it done in a reasonable time. I was grateful for the service received. Brakes are sounding like they should. No noise!
I have been there before for an inspection. However, recently, to schedule a different car for state inspection, they called on two different appointments to tell me their machine is down. Calling me 30 minutes before the appointment is very short notice and makes it difficult to plan around.
Quick and easy, went in for a State Inspection, staff were great!
