Scheduled an appointment with Monroe, auto service told them there was an issue with the muffler, they accepted the appointment, brought the car in. Then never called to tell us they were done, and then, when we went in to check-in on it, they told us they couldn't service it because it was a muffler and that we would have to take it to a dealer. I had some service work done this morning. Great experience. No waiting, quick thorough service. Devin was super friendly and helpful!
My wife's car had an awful grinding sound happening, so we brought it over to have the brakes checked. They told us it was a wheel bearing and caliper, total of $900 in repairs. When we went to pick up the car, the sound was still there. They said they couldn't hear it! I had the manager go for a ride with me in the vehicle and he immediately said it was probably the rear differential, which they could not fix.
