Thank you for your response. I called this morning and gave the lady my problems with them. I didn't feel like writing it again here sorry. Just so others know I have gone to Monro's in Plattsburgh for over 20 years. Never had a problem until they changed all the help there. Started in April 2025 with my first problem.
Excellent service and offerings, really professional and costumer friendly staff. Not just a typical tire or mechanic shop, they provide full scale coverage. They are really good, communicate with the customer for every step with details, no surprises. And competitive pricing.
