Great service
My 1st experience with Monroe was more than satisfactory! I needed help with my car and hoped they could do it right away which they were able to. All of the staff were very friendly and professional...the office manager went over and above. They did all the work in record time for what was needed. I will be returning soon for an inspection and future work.
I live 30 mins out of town and was in the Plattsburgh location. I noticed air leaking out of my tire. I called mono muffler an hour before closing time and they were super professional and understanding of my issue and got me right in. They were super friendly and worked fast to get me back on the road. If you need anything , highly recommend them.
They got me in immediately and fixed my tire with no issues. They saved the day for us on our travel day!
