On Wednesday, November 24, 2021 I visited Monro Muffler Brake and Service on Amity Road in Woodbridge and reported that both vehicles developed a clicking sound when turning the steering wheel. On November 25, 2021 I visited Monro Muffler and Brake Service for two oil changes for my 2012 Kia Optimas. I met the Service Manager, Darryl Isaac. In addition to the two scheduled appointments, I reported to Mr. Isaac a noise coming from the steering wheel of the each vehicle. Since each car has only 25,000 miles, I was concerned for the safety of my family.
