Auburn Monro took me last minute for an alignment when another auto shop canceled as I walked in for my appt. Staff were so friendly and had me out in less than 45 minutes. Will definitely be back
Today I went to the Auburn location to get a new set of tires. The staff printed a quote and I agreed to a set of Goodyear Maxlife tires with a 85,000 mile warranty. When I get the receipt, it shows that they put on Goodyear Comfdrive tires with a 60,000 warranty. The staff never let me know if the first tires were out of stock etc. Absolutely scammed me hoping that I wouldn't notice that they gave me a lesser set of tires. Came for a Blinkah! Got my brake light and plate light replaced! In and out in 15 minutes! Rich and Joey were EXCELLENT! Fantastic work and so quick! I’m coming back for the big stuff! I have a 2020 Jeep Renegade!
