Let me start this review by giving Monroe in Auburn, MA #440A, South Bridge Street, a 5 star rating for having excellent mechanics ( Jose and Felix) which perform great work, a competent front desk Manager named; Nate Martinez and a strong support Operations Manager named; Rich, who make up the entire team at the Auburn location ! They were helpful and did a great job on my car.
I can’t speak about the quality of their work or due to the following facts. I woke two mornings in a row with low pressure in my rear driver side tire, so Sunday morning (2nd morning) I called numerous places for a tire repair. I reached Monro customer service. Ok so they scheduled me for 11:30 am that morning. About 10:45 a.m. canceling the appointment. He actually has no time to plug a slow leak.
