Great experience and pricing !! The staff were not only knowledgeable but very friendly. Felix, Jose , and Chris were very thorough when it came to explaining and conducting my brake service. This place also went above and beyond when the district manager Kris came over and helped with a financing portion of it which I was very thankful for. Will definitely return and recommend.
Emergency replacement when a cotter pin found its way into my back left tire. Chris was professional, uber helpful and had my car back on the road in less than an hour. Out of state, miles from home, in the pouring rain- I’d say Monro saved the day!
Young man behind the counter was great. Explained everything. My only gripe is that I called and scheduled the appt and was told by the woman on the phone tires were in stock, they werent. The corporate side needs to figure out how to give the call centers accurate inventory so that customers like myself dont waste time making appts to get nothing done. Again, no complaints about the person at location.
Oil change done in a timely manner by Joey I believe. Very professional
