Would give -5 stars if that were an option. My husband got an oil change around 2 months ago (if they even changed the oil) and came home with a damaged front end and check engine light on. He tried to talk to them about it before leaving, but they claimed it was like that when he came in. Which it certainly was not. Update 9/15/25 Their claims insurance still has yet to pay for my repairs. They have have told me to get an estimate but since then it's been about a month since I got the estimate. 8/17/25 To this date they still have not admitted to anything or resolved a claim I made over a month ago. The people on their customer service lines just "escalate" the claim but this doesn't actually mean anything because their claims department is non existent or avoids you altogether. This Monroe service noved from Hwy 100 in West Allis to its current address on 27th Street. Watch out ladies...avoid this place like the plague! They will screw you out of hundreds of dollars, like they did me!
