I went to Monroe based on high review ratings. Turns out they pay customers for good reviews. I made an appointment on a Monday for Tuesday service. Dropped the car off on Tuesday. Wednesday I stopped in (it's impossible to get someone on the phone) and they didn't even know the car was there and said they had no record of an appointment. Nonetheless, they said they'd get to it by the end of the week. I had a bubble in my tire and needed it fix asap. I was able to get an appointment extremely fast. The customer service is amazing! They took my car right away to fix my tire, which was great I was in and out no longer than 40 minutes, that’s never happened. I have never had such a good experience at a auto repair shop . I was able to add my splash pad that has been hanging, I just asked if they could fix it and it was no problem at all. Great people awesome customer service. Highly recommend!!
