Excellent, friendly staff with quality service.
I arrived at the center Saturday morning. I had no appointment but asked if I could get an oil change. The young man at the counter said absolutely and got my information. 2 minutes later they took my truck in and within 15 minutes it was done. Very happy. Great customer service. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again.
Been going to Monroe in Lenox Ma for last 6 years store manager has been very professional and honest ,when you sit waiting I've noticed that he is very curtious to walk in and over the phone and handles the nut jobs very well
