The Pittsfield, MA location is and has been a rough experience. No consistency and they don’t do what they charge you for…… I asked for them to check my fluids and they were the same after my appointment as when I dropped my vehicle off. They charged for a new battery but didn’t list a description on my paperwork. I was also confused on why it cost $300….
Understaffed, took forever for the new employee to work the computer. No options but full synthetic oil for which they charge 150% markup from store price.
Fast and the staff is great.
I feel I was overcharged by at least $50 for a simple oil change with no explanation why it cost that much.
