I went in for a scheduled appt for a slow leak in my tire. I waited for almost 2 hours, I called to check the status and the person didnt even know what tire or what car I was talking about. I asked for my keys and they just left them on the counter unattended when I arrived. Completely unprofessional and never once apologized for the inconvenience.
Service was fast and professional. My tires had to be ordered in because they are a non-standard size. Josh was great in communicating when my car would be ready.
Amazing staff, my husband and I popped a tire driving home from vacation these guys were so nice and understanding and really took care of us this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a mechanic, highly suggest them they are good people!
