I learnt a review of three stars at first. That three star review was because the tires they advertised were not at the shop causing me to go over budget. Monro responded and asked me to call them to talk about the issue. Called and left a message, no answer. Gave them a little over a week and haven’t heard anything . Today I realized they also don’t replace any of my tire caps. Called again and again no answer. This was suppose to be a simple maintenance appointment but is now something bigger .
Individual at the desk claiming to be the manager refused to help me after I made an appointment online and blamed the representative who scheduled the appointment because they assumed their not available. I was told there were 3 people ahead and I wouldn't be served that day. I asked kindly so I do not damage my tire or rim if when one of the cars pull out if they could pull my car up and air it up so I can try to get service another day he refused and through the manger card saying that he makes those decisions. My experience at Monro was the same as always, very polite and respectful
Very helpful fast and efficient service. These guys took my car in in 5 minutes fixed it in 30 minutes and got the car back to me all minutes before close on a saturday night and it was a wheel bearing job which if anyone knows isnt the quickest job out there so that attest to the guys they have there i cant recommend these guys enough down to their customer service speed pr quality of work this is the go to place in the milwaukee area and for a steal of a deal when it comes to pricing i would give 6 stars if i could
