Bought the Groupon for full synthetic oil change with new filter and tire rotation. The Groupon price was $67.89. I ended up having to pay $23 extra for “miscellaneous shop fees and taxes” ….okay whatever, I know there are usually overage charges for things like additional quarts of oil and whatnot, but didn’t expect it to be over $20 in additional charges. Jason I believe his name is in the front is always incredible to work with. I intentionally come here from Waukesha because their customer service is top tier. They're always so forthright with any possible problems and help you.
Had me sit 2 and half hours just to say I can’t get my wheel alignment. They are also understaffed and the person at the counter is lazy and bad at his job. He should have stated he was under staffed and I would have came back another day. Why is one man doing multiple jobs at once.
