I made my appointment online for an oil change and wheel balancing. Upon arrival I got in right away. During the inspection of my vehicle, I was told what I needed. Very friendly and professional. Really nice group of guys! They are very busy so I do recommend making an appointment.
I was very impressed with the immediate service. I was in a panic when my check engine light came out traveling from out of state. Diagnostics was done & I was informed within an hour. The quality of service was great. The feedback afterwards from James was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend anyone who needs their car serviced to go to Monro Auto Service.
