I am a single woman, and this may have been the easiest and least creepy oil change I have ever gotten. Everyone working was kind and respectful. There was no BS, no upsell, no “Did your dad tell you to come here?” questions. Got my oil changed, an inspection, and tire rotation in less than hour for the original price quoted. What more can you ask for?
Historically I really like Mr Tire but this time I couldn’t get an AC recharge as they didn’t have the updated equipment which was disappointing
Dropped car off the night before for a 9am appointment. Said it would be done by 1130. Called at 1pm said its next car to be seen. Called at 4pm and said its done. Went in for a nail in the tire. Never again. Terrible
