Our tires were changed, but the middle metal part was scratched badly, front window is squeaky now, even worse, the driver seat was like a 300 pound person sat on, bottom part of driver seat was broken , not recommend this place!
Terrible terrible customer service. Had a low tire and Mr. Tire was closer than going to a gas station or elsewhere to fill it up. Went in and asked if they could put air in it for me; they told me no the tire could not be pumped up nor repaired I needed A new tire, no problem then proceeded to tell me $300 for ONE tire which was crazy to me !! Paul was awesome very friendly and understanding. I had two nails in my tire so I had to buy a new one and he was very nice to me the entire time I was there and helped me find the best option within my budget. The whole appointment only took less than an hour and I was pleased with the outcome. Thanks guys!
I used to get my oil changed here for years until they over tightened the filter/drain plug. So, when I took it back for the next oil change they couldn't remove it properly and messed it up further. Then refused to touch it or fix it. I leaked oil all the way home, unknowingly. I ended up having to take my 2019 Jeep Wrangler to a Jeep dealership service department where they found that the whole oil pan assembly had to be replaced. Cost me over $1000.
