Short staffed, I still had a quick start to my needed repair!
Stopped in after work and asked if they were busy or could fit in my small car for an oil change. The man at the counter seemed to indicate it was no issue. Asked if I could leave it, and come back. I said no problem as I was walking distance to home. He promised he would “definitely call before 7pm”. So by 640 I figured I should head back over. Refused my oil change because I wouldn't pay an additional $54 to complete a full synthetic oil change. I told the manager I only do blend oil everytime for the past 2 years and he said he wouldn't do it and walked away.
Amazing experience with Monro! First time as a customer there and we will definitely be coming back. I popped two tires and they got me in fast, and back on the road before the end of the day. Bill was great throughout it all. He called after I made the appointment to confirm I was coming in, took care of my car and did a great job communicating with me throughout the whole process. We also felt like it was a great deal for all of the service we had done. Thanks!
