I have been to the Monro off of Market Street several times and have only had great experiences. Unfortunately, I had a less than great experience with this Monro. I had an appointment for an oil change at 1pm and saw them bringing my car in at 2:15pm, after I’d been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour.
