The call center was difficult to deal with. But once I got to talk to the actual store the manager and his team were EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable. They were super professional and did absolutely everything they could to help me out as quick as possible. They were very polite even though the first time I spoke with them I wasn't pleasant because I was so frustrated with the call center. Lol. Would recommend them again!

I had my truck serviced at Munro on Loucks rd. In York PA. Awesome experience! I had a Flowmaster exhaust system (that I purchased) installed on my 2013 RAM. I asked to have it welded instead of clamped. "Mike" did the work. Perfect welds! No leaks. From the rear of the truck, the pipes were symmetrical in appearance. Very pleased! Again, Awesome work! Awesome experience!
I am really disappointed. I really liked this place. I’ve been coming here for years. But I can’t tell you how many times I’ve booked an appointment and received confirmation, only to have the appointment moved with little to no notice. On Tuesday I booked my inspection for Saturday morning. I received confirmation for a 10:00 AM drop off. Friday evening, I received a voicemail that they can’t do the inspection and they had to reschedule me for mid day Tuesday. No big deal. Stuff like this happens.
