Called the monroe phone number to set up an appointment for the new york state inspection,traveled a great distance.Just before getting there, the store called me and stated, they're canceling the appointment because they only had two technicians, and the main number is the one that does the scheduling And they don't know what the hell they're doing.
Very friendly and helpful. They were able to get me right in and worked with me.
Needed an inspection and they did a good job. Very efficient and gave me a quick appointment.
They got me in and out within a few hours when they did my front control arm bushings. When they did my rear end they had my car for almost 24 hours. But no complaints. The mechanic Matt that worked on my car definitely knows what he’s doing and explained what he was doing with no problems when I asked questions. Very respectful people in the office as well.
