They got me in for a next day appointment and finished in a reasonable time for my brakes. I was quoted cheaper pricing elsewhere but I don't trust other mechanics working on my car. I know with Brad and the other techs at Monroe, I am getting quality workmanship.
They were able to get me in fast for inspection when I was in a pinch!
Came from out of town on the way to a volleyball tournament in Syracuse. Had an oil change done in my hometown 2 days prior. “Oil low” light came on about 30 miles away. Stopped at this establishment off I-90. If these guys were in my hometown - they’d immediately become my “go-to” shop. Got the car right in, took care of us in a hurry and got us on our way so we weren’t late. The professionalism, kindness and detail is something I’ve never seen at a shop before. I can’t thank the mechanics enough
