I can't say enough about how much I love the service of Monro 658 in Mattydale/North Syracuse, NY. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and best of all, they know what they are doing and do it right the first time!!! I cannot thank David enough for the incredible service he has given me. I highly recommend Monro. I didn't have an appointment but David was able to get me in before his scheduled appointments for the day. He got my tire plugged and patched in under an hour and quality was still at it absolute highest!! He truly went above and beyond for me

I come here any time I need exhaust work done. Dave is fantastic because he explains anything I have questions about and will take me out to my vehicle to actually show me what they found and explain the options. He doesn’t push for the most expensive option, and he will actually *repair* exhaust issues … unlike the dealer, who will only replace whole pieces after taking one look at the inevitable rust due to Syracuse winters, which is far more expensive! And if I ask, he’ll coat the repair with rust protection. 👍
