Excellent customer service
Skip this shop. Where do I start…the Comic Book Guy behind the counter insists that my vehicle would only take fully synthetic oil according to their computer system which is considerably more expensive. Then my car failed inspection due to brakes and rotor…they wanted $800 to fix it. So I chose to take the failed inspection, purchased my own parts and have the Mobile Mechanic coming to my garage to do the work for a fraction of the prices. Fantastic experience at this monro auto service, I called and ordered four winter tires last minute the store manager Tyrone, called me up when the tires arrived and me vehicle was done in a timely manner, he all so showed me and priced out some items that need to be done, I added on a few thing's and he was happy to do so ,with a smile ,its nice to see people still care about customer service, the one tech was nice and polite also, customers that came in wear treated just as well.
