Had an 930 appointment and showed up about 45 mins early and they took my car right back. Was also taken into the shop and shown specifically what kind of work I would need on my brakes. Would definitely go again.
They told me there was $1700 dollars in parts to be replaced to pass inspection. We took to the official Subaru Dealership and Subaru verified that none of the problems has even existed and that they were trying to steal money off of us.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS I recently took my car to the Monro Muffler and Brake, on 1529 Oregon Pike, for a state inspection. I used to live in York, PA and I never had problems with the Monro Muffler and Brake, on 3651 East Market Street, so I figured I would take my car to the Oregon Pike location. NEVER AGAIN. Waiting more than 40 minutes for my 5:00 appt. Swearing in the garage and 2 people walked in and got help with a tail light and bolts on a hitch... and I'm still sitting...ready to leave

First, I wish there was a way to not give any stars because this place doesn't deserve even a single star. They mounted and balanced new tires on my car recently. While I was driving my stepchildren to school this week, right after I got off of the highway, my rear driver side wheel came off. It ended up destroying the whole wheel assembly, the rear shock, and rotor. This place was a nightmare. I went in for an oil change which took about 2 hours for them to finish. Which I can deal with waiting a little bit sometimes. When leaving the shop and I pulled out and steam was shooting out from my hood. I pulled across the street to the giant and saw coolant leaking from a line running to my radiator. Looks like it was hit with a wrench. I brought it back to the shop no longer then 10 minutes later. I went in to Monro Muffler and Brakes in 1529 Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA to get my State Inspection and Emissions done, and when I called them they said that they had a $39.99 special. I gave my car in for the inspection and emissions, and the guy Ray Kassim scammed me out of $400, breaking a small part on both side of my car, which later I found out it costs $40 for both at a auto parts store, and they charged me $180, and then claiming to fix it, and the head mechanic David Winters broke the part, Ray Kassim never showed m... read more
