I took my car in for an inspection and brakes. I was clear on when the job needed to be completed. Five hours later I missed picking my daughter up for work by two hours and missed my nieces sweet 16 birthday party. As a single mother, I had to arrange for someone else to pick up my daughter after having her sit at work an extra hour before realizing, the job wasn't getting done.
