I took my car in for an inspection and brakes. I was clear on when the job needed to be completed. Five hours later I missed picking my daughter up for work by two hours and missed my nieces sweet 16 birthday party. As a single mother, I had to arrange for someone else to pick up my daughter after having her sit at work an extra hour before realizing, the job wasn't getting done. Had an 930 appointment and showed up about 45 mins early and they took my car right back. Was also taken into the shop and shown specifically what kind of work I would need on my brakes. Would definitely go again.
Waiting more than 40 minutes for my 5:00 appt. Swearing in the garage and 2 people walked in and got help with a tail light and bolts on a hitch... and I'm still sitting...ready to leave
