Worst experience ever, changed my oil, left old filter gasket on, sprayed oil all over engine compartment, they had to degrease engine compartment and gave me a free oil change for my trouble. after the free oil change i noticed they put back maybe 3 out of 12 skid plate fasteners. When I confronted them, the installed a bunch of mis matched ones. what a lousy experience.
Lebanon Monro manager took great care of me. Had a flat greed to stay and repair my tire on Saturday Labor Day weekend. Store was closed but manager James Tuccio agreed to stay and help me out. Can’t say enough on his upbeat demeanor and for going above and beyond.
