Since we have gotten our car i have always taken it here no problem... took it to get inspected and was told i needed 1200 dollars worth of parts and failed my inspection! My car isnt even that old took it elsewhere and found out that my car did not need the parts i was told it needed and passed inspection! NOT VERY PLEASED!!

I had a very bad experience with Monro in Sayre a few years ago. After a few thousand dollars with no answers, I promised my husband I would never go back! Until today, I decided to give them another try. They are local and their hours are accommodating. I have to say I am very happy they got new management! With fast & affordable service, I will definitely be a returning customer!!

They told me 784 dollars to do all rear brakes..parking on both ...pads and rotors on both side for rear...what a joke got all parts at autozone for 155...had a friend help tossed him 75...wow rip off....

So my wife and I go to pick up my car from Monro in Sayre and legit see the back end of a freaking SUV on top of my hood. The guy who checks me out doesn't say anything even after I say, "I'm here to pick up the Impala y'all just hit". Like not even a sorry or anything. It doesn't matter that there's no damage to my car, but at least acknowledge the fact that you hit my damn car. Who does business like that? If I didn't come when I did they never would have told me.
