as I had brought my Chevy Uplander van to your Auto center this past winter and was charged $600 for work that all was not even done. as this is now August of 2020 and picking my van up from my normal go to shop and them telling me that all this stuff has not even been fixed that they said had been fixed. Will never go back there again or to any of your locations and I will not recommend you to anyone. bogus people and shops won't make it very far

This location “fixed” my car the week of Christmas. A month later it’s gone back there 2 more times. The car is having the same issue as the first time we towed it there. Currently they have had my car 7 days and still not provided an explanation nor fixed the car. My husband has called the shop every day, only to be spun by Tyson saying “ they are working on it”. Terrible customer service.

I use to love this shop But the new manager is rude and horrible at customer service I will now drive out of my way to go where the previous manager went.
Right now I am furious with this shop. They gave my daughter an estimate for $148 which then changed to $500. My mother took my daughter today to the shop to get the car and she was charged $2,000!! Marvin at the store claims my daughter and I were told it would be $2,000. We were never told that amount. I foresee us taking action soon through the courts.

I was told by a manger that i need too have 2 things done for them too figure out why my car was overheating and try too charge me 1600 for it and it was not what was wrong with the car it was a timing cover which cost 700total

My friend who is a certified mechanic gave me a wheel bearing that he checked himself that was working I got it replaced at this shop PAID 400 DOLLARS for my car to squeal later that SAME DAY and had to have my car towed for them to tell me it was broken when it was replaced (which it wasn't and they could have checked themselves before install) and that I would need to pay an additional $400 for the next installation now I am currently taking them to small claims court do not go here they are trying to cheat you out of your... read more
