I purchased tires from them a little over a year ago. They wore out 45k miles before the warranty expired. I spoke with the shop numerous time and they were to get the warranty paperwork all done and get them replaced. They always had an excuse as to when we could get in there for the warranty. They never call back dispite me calling daily. This shop does not follow their word or stand behind products they sell. I have been a very good customer of theirs for years and will not return.
Store manager Scott Gerhart was the most polite knowageable person I ever had the privlage doing bussiness with he explained my check engine light codes in detail and resolved my problem quickly and charged a lower price than anyone else. I will never go back there again. I just went in for an oil change and alignment. I was told it would be about one hour and 20 mins. Not only did no one tell me it would be 3 hours but everytime I went up to the counter they ignored me as if i wasn't even there. An hour and a half later I wanted to know how much longer it would be so I wouldn't sit there, and no even acknowledged the fact that I was there trying to get someone's attention.
