They should show a real picture of the rundown dump of a shop it is instead of fake one. Dont ever get your car serviced a monro you will be sorry

I have had several different services performed at the Tallmadge location of Munroe Muffler. Ty was always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. I put my trust in them and highly recommend them to anyone. I have read many positive reviews which makes me happy. The very few unpleased and unkind reviews I have read make me wonder if the customer is just hard to please or possibly didn't communicate well. Again, I would recommend this Tallmadge location Munroe Muffler!

I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. They misdiagnosed what was wrong with my car in December 2016. Ended up having to take the car elsewhere to get fixed and it cost over $4000 for their mistake. And the girl (?) at the front desk had the nerve to be extremely rude to me. In the end, I was blessed with a brand new 2017 car in April, no thanks to them!!!
