They did a great job. I will say, whoever schedules and whoever does the work should communicate a little bit better.

John the manager didnt stand up for me when monro treated me unfairly. Luckily it was one of the best things that ever happened.
They got my car fixed quickly and for cheaper than what they originally quoted. Shay the office manager and I had a great conversation while I waited and she was very knowledgeable about the different issues and noises I was having with my cars and what they could be and how much they could cost.
