Total Rip-off go to NTB for an oil change much better and upfront pricing. You also get a free tire rotation. This place advertises high mileage for $29.99 then it will cost you over $60.00 for an oil change. Nobody in their right mind would pay that for an oil change when you can get it at NTB for $21.95 out the door. Don't shop here
I asked if they could look at my AC and they did it within 2 hrs of my call. Very courteous and professional business.
When I made an appointment on Monday the guy on the phone said free tire rotation was "no problem" since the tires would be off for the scraping brakes sound. Just walk them 6 to 8 feet and put back on, right? NOPE. Wednesday I get there and the counter guy says they won't do that for free. Ridiculous! I'll never use them again. Lost my business for life. #monromuffler
We've taken a few of our vehicles here for brakes, tire rotations, a/c issues. After taking one of our trucks to several different shops/dealers and still having issues they found the root of the problem and had it fixed by the end of the day. They always take care of us here, very reasonable priced and Alex is awesome.
