My 16 year old daughter (went in on her lunch break)to get her oil changed. She mentioned her brakes were squeaking. She was told that they had the parts in and could do it quick and cheap. NEVER was given an estimate. manager JORDAN MAGOTO then charged my 16 year old $489 to replace her brakes. Never would she had agreed to this price had she been given An estimate like should have been done . Want to know how they could screw over a hard working 16 year old like it was nothing. Way to go JORDAN MAGOTO !!

Went in today for a simple oil change/tire rotation. I called and made an appointment, and literally told "Tom" on the phone eight times my last name, kept saying he couldn't hear me. Anyway, I go in, no, Hi how are you, just give me your keys. Then they come back out and ask conventional or synthetic, I said whatever the $14.99 special is, the manager said, "oh, that price is only good with the credit card", whatever, so they finish the oil change, and pull my van around.
