My tire had a puncture and was rapidly losing air. It was down to 2 PSI, so I couldn’t safely drive anywhere else. This was the closest tire shop, and I arrived around 4:00 PM on July 25. The employee refused to help and simply said, “I don’t change Tesla tires.” I asked why, but he wouldn’t give any explanation.
